sometimes things may not go as planned. This Return and Refund Policy is here to protect your

Our Story of Care
Rang-E-Dua was born from the belief that clothing should carry warmth, sincerity, and blessings.
Our founder grew up watching her mother carefully check every stitch before handing over a
dress to someone. She believed that every outfit should be perfect because it would become
part of someone’s memories.
Today, we carry that same tradition. Before your order leaves our workshop, it is checked with
the same care as a gift prepared for family. However, in rare cases where a product may not
meet expectations, we are here to make things right.
Return Policy
We accept returns in the following cases
● If the item is defective or damaged when received
● If the wrong product, size, or color has been delivered
Conditions for returns
● You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
● The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
● Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or incorrect
Exchange Policy
If you have received the correct item but wish to exchange it for a different size, we will do our
best to accommodate you. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Shipping costs for
exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if the ordered product is unavailable or if a defective or incorrect item is
returned and cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed through the original payment
method within 7 to 10 working days after approval.
